Constant Love Making With Your Partner Keeps You Healthy
Research have shown that men who have intercourse no less than two times in a week can almost halve their risk of heart disease, another examination says. The study, which was led with more than 1,000 men, depicts s*x as a movement that includes extraordinary physical and passionate components. S*x might be a marker for a solid heart since s*x can be a type of physical movement, which, similar to work out, gives your heart a workout.
Whoever desire frequent s*x and are able to get it, are likely to be healthier than others. Men who have regular s*x may also be in a supportive relationship, which offers stress reduction and emotional benefits.
Frequent s*x is so beneficial that when you see a doctor he is likely to ask many questions about your s*x so as to find out about your overall health condition. Apparently s*x is not only good for your heart; it also keeps many diseases at bay.
For example, s*x can actually cause you to get fewer colds.
Research has shown that couples who have s*x weekly have a 30 per cent increase in immunoglobulin A, which is an antibody that fights infection. S*x can also help women have a more predictable period schedule, as a result of being exposed to male pheromones.
In addition, having s*x reduces stress – for physiological as well as emotional reasons. Anything that will reduce stress is good for you as too much stress can lead to many diseases including cancer. S*x activates a nerve that has a calming effect. Having s*x also lowers blood pressure, which reduces the risk of heart disease.
S*x can even reduce LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and increase HDL (“good”) cholesterol.
These are the good results that a healthy s*x life can give you:
Fewer colds because of an increase in immunoglobulin A, an antibody that fights infection.
Women can get more predictable periods because of exposure to male pheromones.
A better physical response to stress.
Lower blood pressure, which lowers your risk of heart disease.
Lowers your bad cholesterol and increase your good cholesterol.
Helps to tone your abs, gluts and pretty much any muscle in your body.
Naturally increases estrogen level which improves the appearance of your hair, skin and nails.
Helps to improve your memory because of increased blood flow to your brain.
Increased feelings of motivation because of the release of endorphins.
As you can see, a good s*x life is one way to stay happy, healthy and fit. So if your doctor starts grilling you about your bedroom habits, you will know why. And this is only the tip of the iceberg.
S*x has also been found to boost self-esteem and improve intimacy in your relationship. This is because s*x and orgasms result in increased levels of the hormone oxytocin — the “love” hormone – that helps you to feel bonded to your partner.
As oxytocin increases, so do hormones known as endorphins, which in turn lessens feelings of pain related to everything from headaches and arthritis to symptoms of menopause. It can also help you to get a better night’s sleep.
Further, for women, having s*x can help strengthen the muscles of your pelvic floor (the same ones used to stop urination). As you age, having strong pelvic floor muscles reduces your risk of accidents.
Of course, these benefits are assuming that you’re having s*x with a mutually monogamous partner – otherwise you risk catching a s*xually transmitted disease.
S*xual pleasure begins in your brain
Your brain and nervous system control your s*x glands and genitals. This is why they also control your s*xual desire, as well as orgasms. It explains why, for example, visual images trigger s*xual desire in both sexes.
Your brain stem also emits nerve impulses that control erectile function. These nerve impulses navigate through the erection center of your spinal column to the erectile tissue of your penis where they trigger a chain reaction in the membranes of your vascular muscle cells. This sophisticated chain reaction depends on a messenger molecule called cyclic guanosine monophosphate, or cGMP.
However, this works in reverse as well. An erection softens as soon as another enzyme called phosphodiesterase starts to degrade the cGMP molecules.
Drugs like Viagra, Levitra and Cialis work by inhibiting phosphodiesterase, which may help maintain your erection. But, these pills will not lead to an erection. Your initial erection still has to be triggered psychologically. Without that initial impetus, potency pills will have no effect whatsoever. This is also why these pills are ineffective for many men who take them hoping for a magic jack-in-the box effect.
As you might suspect, because your s*xuality is so intimately tied to your mind, anxiety, defensiveness, fear, and failure of communication are all destructive psychological forces that can take a heavy toll on your libido, whether you’re a man or a woman. They are road blocks to desire. So handle them.
According to Professor Gert Holstege of the University of Groningen in the Nederlands, “Fear and anxiety need to be avoided at all costs if a woman wishes to have an orgasm.”
How to improve s*xual desire naturally-
If you would like to take advantage of some of the health benefits that regular s*xual activity has to offer, yet find that your desire just isn’t what it used to be, there are many natural tips that can help.
Your s*xual fires may also be fanned simply by eating less sugar. High levels of sugar in your bloodstream can actually turn off the gene that controls your s*x hormones.
Four other tips to give your libido a big-time boost include:
Getting physically active. Studies have shown that men who engaged in regular physical activity lowered their risk of experiencing sexual dysfunction. Remember, when using exercise as a drug, it’s important to vary your routine.

The hidden Truth On Marriage: Never Discuss These 10 Things With Another Woman
Below are the amazing tips to save your marriage, because MARRIAGE is honourable;
Don’t share your intimacy troubles with others, especially another woman. Those are personal discussions you should only have with your wife or a professional if needed. With your wife, work together with patience and love to improve intimacy in your marriage.
2. Complaints about your wife
Don’t criticize your wife in front of other women. Respect your spouse by going only to her when you have concerns about things she says or does.
3. Personal family business
Love your family enough to keep family business within the family. Sharing delicate information can lead to others discovering information that should be kept private. And when that happens, it hurts you and the people closest to you.
4. Your own secrets
Confide in your wife and no one else. She should be the person you want to go to first with bad or good news. Keeping secrets with another woman will only harm your marriage.
5. Difficulties in your marriage
When you go to another woman about your marital problems, she might want to comfort you, which steers you into dangerous territory. Work on solving your arguments with your spouse. Talk to her and confide in a trusted family member or professional if you need more help.
6. When she does something better than your wife
Don’t put another woman above your wife, not only in what you do, but also in what you say. Even if your wife never finds out that you’re comparing her to another woman, it can put that woman in an uncomfortable position.
7. If you want to hang out together
Even if you and your wife are going through a rough patch, never invite another woman to be alone with you. This will hurt your wife and your marriage. Spend time with your female friends in groups, and always with your wife present. Invite a few others and have a great time, but don’t make your marriage suffer because of one night alone with another woman, even if “nothing happens.”
8. If you’re considering divorce
You don’t want your children or other family members finding out about your divorce from anyone else, whether the decision is final or not. You aren’t available yet, so wait before telling another woman you’re looking to date.
9. Complimenting her too much
It’s fine to tell another woman she looks nice, but don’t make it a habit of complimenting her every day. Your flattery could give her mixed messages; she could think you’re interested in her, start to return the compliments and even flirt a little. Save your marriage by refraining from giving other women praise that could be interpreted as flirtatious.
10. Complimenting the wrong things
While telling a woman she looks beautiful will make her entire day, there are a few compliments you should never give another woman. Complimenting a woman’s body is inappropriate unless she’s your wife. The way you comment about another woman in general could make her think you’re into her, and whether you are or not, that’s not a message you should be sending to another woman.

Photos: 'All I want from him is sex', reveals Roman Catholic sister
A 38-year-old Roman Catholic sister confessed to be in an adulterous affair with a married man stating that all she wants from him is sex.
Emmaculate Samukange, who also works as a nurse at Chivhu General Hospital, said she has no intentions of breaking Phillip Dzingai’s marriage but only wanted sex from him.
“I am aware that Phillip is married and it is true that I am having an affair with him.
“I am a Roman Catholic sister so what I do does not allow me to be his second wife.
“I am in a relationship with him because I failed to resist sexual temptation; I don’t wish to break his marriage, all I want from him is sex,” said Emmaculate.
She added that Phillip is the only man she has ever loved in her life.
“I started dating him in 2013 and since then I have tried to let him go but I have failed to do so.
“We met at Chivhu General Hospital where I also work as a nurse and from that moment we clicked.
“I have never met his wife but she now knows what is going on between Phillip and I because we have been dating for a long time now,” she said.
When asked for comment Phillip denied having an affair with Emmaculate.
“There is nothing like that going on,” he said before hanging up the phone.
Meanwhile an H-Metro source, who is a close relative to Phillip, said they had tried to warn Phillip from cheating on his wife but it was to no avail.
“As a family we have had numerous meetings with Phillip but we have not been able to convince him to be faithful to his wife.
“It seems as if they are inseparable; each time you mention anything to do with Emmaculate he changes his temper and starts to be violent,” said the source.

Usain Bolt doesn't know the difference between a groupie and a good woman
Legendary sprinter Usain Bolt doesn't know the difference between groupies and a good woman. He said this during an interview with Page Six, He said;
"I think I have gotten better over the years when it comes to women. But there is no way to tell the difference between a groupie and a good woman … All I can do is have a discussion, and it is all about talking to people. I have been around so many people, so over time I kind of figure them out.”
Bolt, who is in a serious relationship with girlfriend Kasi Bennett, has been linked to a few “groupies” but despite all the rumors, Kasi and Usain are still together. He recently told People magazine that they’re even thinking about starting a family.
“I have had a girlfriend for four years now and it’s going steadily, so we’re thinking about kids very soon,” he tells the magazine. “We’ll see how it goes, we’re taking our time.”

COUPLES ONLY: 6 Things You Should Do With Your Wife As Soon As You Wake Up
When your alarm goes off, the first thing you probably think of is your to-do list: Get the kids ready for school. Pick up your dry cleaning. Turn in that presentation to your boss.
But there’s one major thing you’re probably forgetting: the person right next to you.
Sure, you think about your partner. You send each other texts throughout the day, and you both put in the effort for an occasional date night. But do you actually take the time every day to truly pause and connect?
The morning is the perfect time for this—not only because what you do first thing can set the tone for the rest of the day, but because you haven’t already gotten bogged down with other responsibilities.
Plus, during the early morning, your heart rate and blood pressure are typically the lowest they’ll be all day, say Patricia Johnson and Mark Michaels, coauthors of Designer Relationships and Partners In Passion.
“When we’re relaxed, we’re more open to feelings of intimacy and connection,” they say. “Sadly, couples often roll out of bed by ignoring one another because they’re so preoccupied with getting out of the house.”
We get it: You don’t have the time—or the energy—to do something grandiose before brushing your teeth. But the good news is you don’t have to.
These six things are small enough, and worth it enough, to integrate into your morning routine.
1. SAY ‘GOOD MORNING’ AND ‘GOODBYE’
Sounds simple, but this small gesture can have a big impact.
Think about it: Before you close your computer and grab your cell phone to catch a train home, you usually tell your coworkers goodbye, right? Or after drinks with your buddies, you probably wish them well.
Your partner deserves the same treatment.
“Not saying ‘good morning,’ or anything at all for that matter, can make your partner feel isolated and underappreciated,” says Sara Sedlik, MA, a licensed marriage and family therapist in Redondo Beach, California.
“And saying goodbye is as important as saying hello,” Sedlik says. “It is acknowledging that person, whether you are fighting or not. Storming out the door or just leaving feels abandoning to most people.”
2. WAKE UP 10 MINUTES EARLIER TO SIT AND HAVE COFFEE
If it’s not Saturday morning, do you ever sit together and sip a cup of Joe? There’s a reason so many business deals and friendships are built over coffee—it takes time to consume and gives you the chance to truly communicate.
Love expert and coach Laurel House suggests setting your alarm 10 minutes earlier so you can actually enjoy your brew before heading out for the day. We know, it sounds painful to wake up any earlier than you have to, but this will likely become a ritual that you look forward to.
“More than setting the tone of the day, you are setting the tone of your mind,” House says.
3. COMPLIMENT SOMETHING—ANYTHING.
When you get caught up in the I-have-to-go-don’t-forget-to-buy-milk-okay-love-you-bye tango, you might forget to tell your partner why you married her. Or why you’re proud of her. Or why you love her so damn much.
Researcher John Gottman argues that to set the tone in your marriage, you need to balance every negative comment with five positive ones.
Even if it's as simple as, “You smell good” or “You were really great with our son yesterday,” it can go a long way. No better time to start than first thing in the morning.
4. RELEASE YOUR FRUSTRATIONS
You know about the supposed dangers of going to bed angry, but Sedlik says it’s actually more important that you don’t leave the house upset.
If you wake up and need to get something off your chest, taking 5 minutes to say what you mean can actually improve your marriage.
“The morning is an especially good time to set the tone so that the rest of your day isn’t overshadowed with resentment or anger,” says Sedlik. “Who wants to feel distant or misunderstood while they are trying to focus on work or family?”
5. ACTUALLY LOOK AT EACH OTHER
When your alarm goes off, the first thing you probably think of is your to-do list: Get the kids ready for school.

We get it: You don’t have the time—or the energy—to do something grandiose before brushing your teeth. But the good news is you don’t have to.
6. TELL YOUR PARTNER A JOKE
No pressure: It doesn’t have to be a good one. Maybe you both love a good dad joke, or filthy, inappropriate language is more your style. Or you have inside jokes that always get you laughing.
Sedlik says telling or texting your partner something ridiculous while you’re both getting the kids ready for school will deepen your connection. “Being silly can relieve stress in a marriage, and creates a constant connection and a feeling of partnership.”

2708 men have slept with me” – Nigerian Lady says on facebook
A Nigerian Lady named Ifediba Oluchi Anne has just taken to Facebook to post an article from her blog, which reveals that she’s a whore, and she has slept with a good amount of men.
See her post below:
I am whore! When people ask me how many men I have slept with, I tell them “2708 men excluding women”. The look on their face is always priceless and they go on to give me a speech about how I have been useless all my life. Some of them go the extra mile to tell me to give my life to christ and retrace my steps so I can get married and have kids. One time, a man told me I may not be able to have kids in the future as I had sinned too much and not kept my temple holy. I do find it funny that people are quick to shame me based on my sexual choices as a woman while cheering on a man who was the same body count as I do.
I grew up in a religious home. My parents attended The Lord’s Chosen and my mom was a fanatic for the church and its doctrines. The only sex education I got was one which relied greatly on abstinence. My mom would always sound it in my ears that I had to be a virgin. To her, virgins were entitled to a special kind of blessing from God and a sweet lasting marriage.
When I was 17, I had sex with a man who was way older than I was. He touched my boobs in the stairs and gave me gifts at every turn. I would admit that the situation which I grew up in didn’t teach me how to say “No” without feeling bad. It has taken me a good number of years to set boundaries and shun the things I do not like without being ridden by guilt.
After my first sex experience which should be considered as rape in every sane country, I went through bouts of emotional breakdown. I had done something which society frowned at and I needed time to accept it. One would expect that I would never repeat such action anymore but I only went ahead to have more sex and do all sorts of stuff mom and church told me not to do. I never got any form of sexual education so you should know I made a lot of mistakes (which I love to call lessons)
I am not a whore because I have slept with the fictional amount of men ( yes, 2708 men is a fictional figure) although I have slept with a good amount of people. I am a whore because I talk about sex too often.
A good number of adults in Nigeria are having sex but as long as they don’t talk about, it is fine. Nigerians talk about sex. They talk about how sex is like an exercise for men. They talk about how it is okay for men to have as much sex as they want while they tell women to keep themselves. They talk about how rape is caused by women seductive dressing. They talk about how any woman with more than 1 body count is not wife material. They talk about how women privates can be used as a collateral for jobs and favors. They talk about how any woman who has had sex before should not cry rape if a man takes her against her will.
As long as you talk about sex the same way they are accustomed to then you are fine. For a while now, I have been talking differently about sex on Facebook. When Instablog9ja and other media carried one of my posts, people slut-shamed me.
I have come to realize that slut-shaming is only offensive when the victim feels hurt. I do not feel hurt.I am a whore…I said it. I sleep with men and talk about sex shamelessly on my blog in ways that really matter.

Lottery winner Jane Park ‘betrayed’ after discovering new hunk she snapped herself in bed with has a secret girlfriend
Scottish hunk Brian Matthews posted pics with Jane in bed last weekend but is in fact dating fellow reality star Victoria Obahor.
A source said: “Brian had been comforting Jane over the past couple of weeks following the split from Sam Callahan.
“On Thursday 13th April he told her that he was single and was laying the charm on thick.
“It’s only Sunday night that Jane discovered he has been lying to her about having a girlfriend all along.
“Jane’s feels betrayed that not only did he take advantage of her being vulnerable after a split, but also lied about having girlfriend.”
Jane, who got engaged to Sam Callahan with a Haribo ring, was left devastated after the former X Factor contestant snogged another X Factor reject Soheila Clifford on a date in London last month.
After recently mocking Sam online she looked thrilled to get together with Glasgow born model and Kavalii nightclub boss Brian—before discovering his big secret.

15 Ways To Stay Together Forever
“A great marriage is not when the ‘perfect couple’ comes together. It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.” – Dave Meurer.
My husband and I have experienced many things together and for the most part, have been happy for many, but there were days when thoughts of divorce crept in. However, over time, we have come to realize that when weak people face problems often give-up or run from their problems, whereas people who are committed to something, including marriage, tend to resolve the conflict.
One of the most important things you can do to save your marriage is to fight for it, and to resist having to be right. Couples who are hurt or offended in a marriage often allow things to build up over years, never really expressing or communication what they’re feeling until it’s too late,
By the time a person has allowed something to fester for years, it becomes complex and very emotional. My advice, step back take a breather but don’t threaten divorce when emotions are high and you’re hurting. Get help, go for counseling, and make a plan – of what you’re going to say to your spouse but don’t deliver it while you’re angry.
So what else can you do for lasting love:
Don’t Go Mad
Yelling, screaming and fighting will only damage the relationship more. Instead of letting going off on your spouse due to pent up anger, take time away to get some perspective. Maybe seek counsel from 2 or 3 close friends who love both of you.
Criticism Is Destructive
Don’t exacerbate the situation by inappropriate comments or jabs, better to show more wisdom, flexibility, and support. Criticism in the long run will only make matters worse. Someone who is constantly criticised will eventually retaliate-one way or the other, by words, walking out, or worse, by violence.
Complement One Another In Front of Others
You’re two mirrors and married people tend to perceive their partner’s accomplishments as their own. If you talk about one another in glowing terms it will break down barriers and build both you and your spouse up.
Remain Individuals
Being on the same wavelength is great, it unites you. But give some personal space. Do you have different friends? Great! Are you engaged in various activities? It’s fine. It provides you talking points and your own hobby gives you time for self-development and personal growth, which is important in a marriage.
You Need Intimacy
It’s a myth that intimacy diminishes over the years. If anything, because of how well you know your spouse, intimacy tends to increase between couples married for many years. Intimacy is more than just a physical connection, it includes feeling safe, trusting one another, caring for one another, you truly do become one.
Be Attentive

ROMANCE: You Can Keep Your Man (and You) Happy, Faithful, & Satisfied
Relationships are delicate, complex, and always changing. Some marriages last 70 years, some last 72 days (looking at you, Kim)—and while neither of those options is necessarily right or wrong, most people enter a relationship hoping it will last a long time, if not a lifetime. There is no one-size-fits-all secret to a lasting, happy, and faithful relationship, but there are some general guidelines.
Full disclaimer upfront: Nothing can make a relationship last with somebody who doesn’t want it to last. These tips will not prevent arguments, infidelity, or other problems, but they can help foster a healthy environment and productive partnership. Clear communication, openness to new experiences, and respect for your partner are key if you want to build a lasting, loving relationship.
1. Make your partner a priority: Take time often to let your boyfriend or hubby know how special he is to you. We get that life gets super busy; school, jobs, kids, and other commitments often get in the way. Taking time out of your day to send a sweet text or pick up his favorite snack on the way home is a simple way to remind him he’s always on your mind.
2. Respect yourself: Sometimes negligence is the issue, but other times we get too far on the other end of the spectrum. Putting your partner first 24/7 is a great way to burn yourself out and kill the passion in your relationship. Don’t be a doormat, and don’t let yourself go trying to do everything for him. Confidence is attractive, and taking care of yourself is a must.
3. Have body confidence: Expanding on the last point, body confidence is super important to keep the spark alive in any sexual relationship. People change, and so do bodies. If you’ve gained weight since you first met, or you started getting dark chin hairs, or an emergency appendectomy left you with a weird scar, who cares? We guarantee you that decent, worthwhile dudes are not turned off by this. Shutting down your sex life over a few new stretch marks is sure to be a relationship killer. Don’t let time and gravity stop you from doin’ your thang, girl.
4. Don’t use sex as a bartering chip: Withholding sex because he didn’t take the garbage out or reserving half-hearted BJs for birthdays is a really bad idea, unless you want your SO to think you consider sex a chore.
5. Keep an open mind: This goes for a lot of things (seriously, just try the restaurant he wants you to try), but we are specifically talking in the bedroom. Everybody has different tastes, and if you want to keep your love life exciting, it’s wise to approach sex with a relaxed, non-judgmental attitude. As long as it doesn’t hurt you or throw your moral compass out of whack, adopt an “I’ll try anything once and twice if I like it” attitude. And if he’s into something you just can’t get down with? Try super hard not to let him know you think his kink is weird or gross. Most people have already had enough sexual shame to last them a lifetime (thanks, abstinence-only sex education!).
6. Trust him: We know rom-coms taught you that men are incompetent horndogs who turn into drooling cavemen around even mildly attractive women, but please remember to respect your partner’s intelligence by not falling for this shit. Do not hound him about his cute co-worker, neighbor, or friend. Insecurity is a major boner-shrinker, and unwarranted lecturing, snooping, and accusing are sure to get you nowhere. If you have any legitimate concerns about cheating, a respectful and honest conversation is usually the best place to start.
7. Don’t talk behind his back: All couples are bound to encounter some difficult times, but airing your dirty laundry is usually a bad idea (unless your partner is abusive or doing something illegal or dangerous, in which case you should definitely seek the help of a third party). If you have run-of-the-mill relationship drama, ranting to your friends and family will often make things worse. Remember, just because you can forgive your man, it doesn’t mean they can. If you plan on working past it, keep it to yourself.
8. Flirt with him: Flirting keeps your passion alive, and it is a vital part of any good relationship. Plan solo dates often, try new things together, and pinch his butt cheeks just for fun. A little sexting never hurts, either.
9. Support him: Encourage him if he wants to try something new. Support him if he's going through a rough phase in life. Generally, men do not open up as easily as women do, so don’t expect a heartfelt conversation every time he’s going through a rocky patch. Something as simple as telling him he’s doing a good job or making him a nice meal after a long day can make him feel cared for.

REVEALED: Why some women are more vocal in bed - and it's NOTHING to do with having a good time
Even if you've never seen When Harry Met Sally , all you need to hear are those four words and an image of Meg Ryan in Katz's Deli - also known as the 'fake orgasm scene' - springs to mind.
G-spots , the female orgasm: How women enjoy sex (or not) is a topic frequently speculated on, studied, scrutinised - and depicted in a certain way.
Which, let's face it, is often as 'head thrown back, having the time of her life, making some noise and probably in matching underwear'.
It's the 'noise' part - or how vocal a person is - which has recently become the subject of a study.
Basically, are "copulatory vocalisations" the sign of a good time?
Or, as Meg Ryan was trying to prove, has being vocal become an easy way to dupe men?
Sadly, it seems like there may be something to the latter.
"There isn't a lot of research in this area," said Kristen Mark, a sexuality researcher at Indiana University told CNN , "but we're bombarded with images through mainstream media that tell us moaning is associated with orgasm and sexual pleasure.
"So it would be a fairly wise faking strategy to moan since men already tend to associate moaning with orgasm." Read more

Woman who had s*x with pit bull filmed sickening acts to 'arouse her boyfriend'
A young waitress who filmed herself repeatedly having sex with a pit bull reportedly to arouse her boyfriend is facing jail.
Jenna Louise Driscoll, 27, burst into her tears after pleading guilty today to a raft of charges including bestiality and drug trafficking.
Cops had found three animal sex tapes on Driscoll's mobile phone during an investigation into her suspected cannabis dealing.
She was having intercourse with a mutt in each one, according to police in Brisbane, Australia.
The judge hearing the case today branded the shocking sex sessions "repulsive and completely against the order of nature".
Following her arrest in October 2014 RSPCA Queensland described the case as "quite unusual", adding: "This isn’t something you’d normally expect."
In court on Friday prosecutor Dzenita Balic said: "It seems [the videos were] in connection to the attempted arousal of her partner.”
Driscoll’s lawyer James Godbolt said his client had gone from a highly dysfunctional childhood to a highly dysfunctional relationship that lasted about six years.
She had been affected by the public shaming of the bestiality charge and had stopped attending classes at the University of Southern Queensland, the lawyer said.
But Judge Terry Martin said: "It might be a sad reflection on society that the bestiality attracts more publicity whereas the serious offence of trafficking cannabis does not.
“It rather undermines the factor of general deterrence.”
Brisbane District Court heard that Driscoll ran away from home when she was 16, started a relationship with a man 12 years older and started smoking cannabis when she was 18.
Driscoll pleaded guilty to bestiality, drug trafficking, stabbing another woman with a fork and twice biting a child.
The prosecution said Driscoll had 15 regular customers and six suppliers and also a phone purely for the purpose of selling drugs.
Mr Gobolt asked for her to be given a suspended sentence, adding: "The trafficking is at the bottom end, to support her own use of the substance.
"She is not living the high life."
Driscoll burst into tears when told she would be spending the weekend behind bars after Judge Martin said he needed time to consider before her sentencing on Monday.
