Man breaks manhood during passionate sexual intercourse

Man breaks manhood during love making.jpg

Reports from narobinews, a man is nursing his manhood after he allegedly broke it during a passionate love making with his wife.

The 42 year old man from China was rushed to hospital and admitted in in agony with symptoms of ‘eggplant deformity’ with swelling, pain and dark purple bruising.

According to People’s Daily , doctors performed an operation on him and successfully repaired his manhood.

CRACKING SOUND
Mr Dai, from Guangxi’s Nanming city, had his private part snapped after hearing a cracking sound while having sex with his partner last week.

He was then rushed to a local hospital for emergency treatment before being transferred to the provincial Hospital at 4am in the morning.

Doctors found that Dai’s manhood was at an odd angle and was in a swollen shape that made it look like an eggplant.

Dai was diagnosed with a penile fracture after tearing a sponge-like erectile tissue called corpora cavernosa.

Blood flows into corpora cavernosa that runs along the penis and making it hard during an erection.

However, any vigorous intercourse may tear the tissue, meaning blood bursting inside the erectile manhood and causing painful swelling, according to National Health Services UK.

‘IT CAN BREAK’
“If the penis is violently twisted when erect, it can break. There are no bones in the penis, but the tubes that fill with blood during an erection can burst. Blood pours out of them inside the penis and causes a very painful swelling. Reported cases of penile fracture are rare, but it’s thought that some men are too embarrassed to report it to their doctor.”

“Damage during sex, where a partner is on top, is responsible for about one-third of all cases. The breakage usually occurs when a man’s penis slips out of his partner and is violently bent.”

Dai is now recovering in hospital.

Doctors from Guangxi Minzu Hospital said incidents such as these are common occurrences in men aged 20 to 40 years old, under vigorous or violent sexual intercourse.

They also warned that a fractured penis can lead to erectile dysfunction and a higher risk of complications if not treated immediately.

Striking Positions That Makes Her Feel Satisfied

The moment it comes to having so-good-your-neighbors-hate-you sexx, making sure you stimulate her clit0ris is rule number one.

“Finding shows it’s clit0ral stimulation, not vaginaal stimulation, that is the powerhouse of the female orgassm,” says sexx therapist Ian Kerner, Ph.D., author of She Comes First.

Let's say her clit0ris can be anywhere from 2.5 to 4 centimeters away from her vaginaal entrance, lots of sexx positions won’t exactly do the trick, says Kerner.

Take a journey on these expert-approved moves to give her clit0ris some extra love—and guarantee an orgasm she’ll never forget.

sex position pretzel dip
STYLE PRETZEL DIP
You already know pretzels taste good, but contorting your bodies into one can make for explosive pleasure. Deviate from the thrusting norm, and focus on friction for maximum results.

“This position is about persistently connecting and grinding against each other,” says Kerner. That grinding action will help stimulate her clit0ris.

If it isn’t working: Lean your body back. If you lean forward, it’s easier to manually stimulate her, says Kerner, but leaning back offers the best angle to press into each other.

sex position face off

STYLE FACE-OFF
This position is already intimate, but adding some attention to her clit0ris will push her over the edge. She’s free to give herself a hand, but you can also close the distance between your bodies if she wants to go hands-free.

Rubbing against her will help her get the stimulation she needs, says Kerner.

If it isn’t working: Support her weight, then have her lean back for more clitoral contact against your body.

Think of it as you dipping her during a dance, says Kerner. With your support, she can get a good rhythm going.

sex position leap frog

STYLE LEAP FROG
While this position is a natural for G-spot stimulation, it can be a winner for her clitoris, too.

When you’re in a comfortable enough position, try reaching under her to provide clitoral stimulation, says Kerner.

If it isn’t working: If the thrusting makes it hard for you to keep your hand on target, grind against her in circles instead. Less in-and-out motion can make for a more consistent connection.

sex position missionary

STYLE MISSIONARY
This position called missionary is an oldie but a goodie for a reason. It can be nice if you’re able to focus less on thrusting and more on connecting, says Kerner.

If she wants a stronger touch, thrust deeper inside of her so your pelvic area presses harder against her clit0ris.

If it isn’t working: Scoot your entire body higher up horizontally. If you ride a little higher, you won’t just be thrusting, says Kerner.

Instead, you’ll have to move your body down a bit each time you want to get deeper, which means your pelvis and the shaft of your penIs can massage her clit0ris.

doggy style sex position
REAR ENTRY/DOGGY STYLE
This one’s especially good if you’ve got long arms, but anyone can make it work.

It’s hard for her to stimulate herself because she’s on both hands, so lean over and reach under to rub her clit0ris, says Kerner.

If it isn’t working: Lean over even more so your hand can stay pressed up against her clit0ris, or transition from thrusting into smoother grinding motions. This allows her to support herself enough to massage her clit0ris while you thrust.

Bed Tips You Should Know To Put Your Romance Back Into Top Gear

The older we get, the bolder we become in the BEDROOM as we make a determined bid to make our sxx lives sizzle in middle age, a poll has revealed.

The exclusive Mirror Survation poll, carried out over the past three days, has revealed how people in their 40s, 50s and 60s are up for anything as they try exciting new ways to spice up their sxx lives.

Of the 1,000, 40 to 70-year-olds questioned, more than a quarter had used a sex toy for the first time after turning 40.

And since turning 40, 12% had tried having sxx in a public place, while 6% had bedded a stranger whose name they didn’t even know.

Role play was something that 15% said they had tried, while 16% admitted having their first one-night stand after hitting middle age.

Here, Alix Fox – Durex’s sxx and relationships expert – reveals her TOP tips for hotting up your sxx life in middle age and beyond.

1 Be confident

If you are struggling with your self-image or feeling blue about your body, DRESSING up and experimenting with costumes can help boost how you feel about yourself, and prompt you to view your looks in a new light.

Role playing also offers a way to escape day-to-day life, so you can temporarily stop being “mum” or “the office manager” and let another part of your character come out.

2 Communicate

Good communication is the key to a great love life, but it can be really tricky to broach a conversation with your partner about sexual problems.

Try my “Care, Air, Share” technique. First, show you care about your lover’s needs and concerns. Start by telling them: “I know your job’s been keeping you really busy lately, and you’ve been stressed.”

Next, air what’s on your mind: “I’ve noticed you don’t seem so interested in sex nowadays. I’d love to enjoy more regular fun together.”

Then, invite them to share their thoughts: “What do you think? Is there a way we could work that out, or anything you’d like to try? How can I help?”

3 Flirt

Make a conscious effort to flirt and play with your partner in the daytime as well as in the evening.

If you are going out to dinner together, try making love before you leave the house instead of waiting until you get home, when you may well be exhausted/tipsy/bloated after a rich meal.

Regularly let them know that you think they look gorgeous, whether that’s first thing in the morning or when you are both chilling out on the SOFA in the evening.

4 Get in the mood

Play a naughty version of Consequences. One of you think of a location and write it down. Take turns to add details, such as props–which could be a sex toy, handcuffs or a hotel room key – positions, costumes and scenarios.

Over the day you will conjure up an X-rated bedtime story. And as you will have spent hours thinking lewd thoughts, you’ll be in the mood to get rude.

5 Experiment

Tiredness and stress can have a huge impact on our sex lives as we age. If a man is exhausted or anxious, it can be difficult for him to gain and maintain an erection.

If losing an erection is denting a man’s sexual confidence, toys such as the Durex Pleasure RINGcan offer a fantastic chemical-free helping hand.

6 Try new toys

A drop in oestrogen associated with ageing can also make women’s bodies less responsive to stimulation, which could mean arousal and orgasm take longer to achieve.

The good news is many women find they have orgasms more frequently as they mature – it just takes a little longer to get there.

Using a sex toy during foreplay and intercourse can help add that extra level of stimulation that you may find that you need in order to climax as you get older.

7 Afternoon delight

Menopausal symptoms and general ageing can have a negative impact on your emotions and confidence. Many women find that they gain weight, particularly around the middle, due to plummeting oestrogen levels. Hot flushes and night sweats can leave women feeling unattractive and in no mood for sex. If night sweats are making sex all the wrong kinds of “hot”, one solution is not to make love at night.

Try treating yourself to a bit of cheeky “afternoon delight”, or making love before you head out on a weekend date together, rather than waiting until you get home, when menopausal symptoms may be starting to kick off.

8 Treat each other

Buying new UNDERWEAR or treating your partner can help you both feel better.

9 Boost libido

For older women, hormonal changes connected to pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, the menopause and ageing can all cause their libidos to plummet drastically.

Combat any flagging sex drives by focusing on the hot spot – the clitoris, which has more than 8,000 nerve endings.

10 Don’t let menopause get in the way of sex

Skin dries as we get older and is less good at producing moisture. During the menopause, falling levels of oestrogen mean that less lubrication is produced during arousal, making sex uncomfortable.

Today’s advanced formulations of water-based lube feel really NATURAL, not icky and sticky, and some, such as Durex Play Aloe Vera, contain nourishing ingredients that can help care for sensitive skin and avoid soothe soreness.

11 Check your medications

Certain medicines can hinder your sexual response, including your desire for sex and your ability to become aroused.

If it is becoming a problem, talk to your GP about switching to a different medication with fewer sexual side effects.

12 Mix up your routine

Get yourselves out of the habit of restricting sex to a set time and place. Always the BEDROOM, and always at night, will make sex feel monotonous.

+18: Sex-techniques that trigger your spouse

Bad relationships of couple
Most times, love-making is always the key to the stablity of every marriage. Without proper attention given to it, such marriage will go-scatter. We most times ignore the importance of it and shy away from the duty call, especially the married couples. But the truth must be told and the do's must be done so the marriage or relationship will move on smoothly.
Couple Alone
Below tips are the technique you should try to balance your sex-life with your partner.
1. Like yourself naked.

Women who have the best sex lives feel good about their bodies, says Joy Davidson, PhD, a sex therapist in New York City and the author of Fearless Sex. "They see themselves as strong and sexy." Unfortunately, according to Berman, up to 80 percent of women in the United States suffer from a negative body image. "Typically, when a woman looks at herself, her eyes go straight to her problem areas," says Berman. "She carries that feeling into the bedroom, and when her partner's kissing her thighs, she's busy thinking, 'God, I'm so fat!'" To boost your body confidence, give yourself a reality check. The next time you're at the store or in the gym, take a look around you at all the attractive women who are a variety of shapes and sizes. Remind yourself: There is no one ideal. Then ask your partner what he loves about your body, and write it down. Read the list every morning. Finally, compliment yourself. At least once a week, stand in front of the mirror naked and focus on your favorite features — your toned arms, your firm butt, your gorgeous breasts. Touch each part and say aloud what you like about it — this will help to reinforce your feelings, says Berman.

2. Make the mind-body connection.

Think about those moments in your life when you feel completely in tune with your body. Maybe it's after you finish a long run — your blood is pumping and you're relaxed and exhilarated. Or perhaps it's when you do yoga and achieve a mind-body meld. Chances are, this doesn't happen often enough. "When a woman has a negative self-image, she tends to disconnect from how her body feels," says Berman. To reestablish the bond, do something that makes you feel good in your skin at least once a day — treat yourself to a massage, go apple picking with your kids, wear the jeans that give you an ego boost the minute you slide them on. "Whenever you're tuned in to your body and what it's capable of, you're naturally more sensual," says Davidson.

3. Swear off sex.

It's extreme, yes, but highly effective. That's because when you tell yourself you can't have something, you want it even more. The same is true in the bedroom — especially if you and your partner have been together for a while and sex has become automatic. Instead of focusing on the end game, learn to enjoy the sensuality of sex. Tease yourself — and him. Get undressed, dim the lights and take turns exploring each other's bodies. "When you're the one doing the touching, concentrate on communicating love and sensuality to your partner," says Berman. "When you're on the receiving end, let yourself feel the sensations of each and every stroke. This will help you reconnect with each other on a whole new level." Not only that but by the time you're done, you'll be so excited you'll barely be able to stand it. Hold off (if you can!) for a night or two, to let the anticipation build.

4. Add a few thrills.

After a few years together, it's easy to get lazy in bed. But you both deserve better. "If you don't put energy into your relationship, you won't get energy out of it," says Davidson.

Research shows that new and adventurous activities may stimulate the brain to produce dopamine, a neurotransmitter that plays a key role in sexual desire. Do something daring outside the bedroom and dopamine levels may skyrocket — along with your sex drive. Challenge your guy to a heart-pounding activity like rock climbing or white-water rafting. "Experiencing something new and exhilarating together helps replicate that feeling you had in the beginning of your relationship when you couldn't get enough of each other," says Berman.

5. Tell him how to turn you on.

"Men want to be your knight in shining armor when it comes to sex — they're eager for you to tell them what feels good," says Berman. "The problem is, so many women are out of touch with their bodies they have no idea what to say." Help him, and yourself, by showing him what turns you on. Put your hand on top of his and guide him in how you want to be touched — including how much pressure to use. When you're ready to move on to oral sex, or to bring in a few sex toys, speak up. "This is the only way he's going to know what works for you," says Berman.

6. Change your routine.

When you're stressed out, it's impossible to feel sexy. That's because when a woman experiences chronic tension, her body produces higher levels of oxytocin, a chemical that cancels out the effects of the sex hormone testosterone. As a result, your libido takes a nosedive. Recharge your sexual batteries by doing things that let you break free from your hectic everyday life, says Berman. Play a CD that reminds you of your college days and sing along. Splurge on something you'd normally never buy — like platform pumps — and wear them for a girls' night out. When you're relaxed and feeling good about yourself, sex will start to seem within the realm of possibility again.

7. Make the first move.

A recent study at the University of Virginia found that the leading predictor of a woman's marital happiness was the level of her husband's emotional engagement. If you two are spending quality time together, you're happy. But when you're feeling disconnected, your relationship and your sex life suffer. Here's why: You need to feel close to him to be inspired to make love, and he often needs sex to feel close to you, explains Berman. How to break the stalemate? Make the first move, says Berman. "Do something simple like thanking him for taking out the trash. When you give him a little gratitude, it's a huge bonding moment for him." In response, he'll start tuning back in to what you need, and you'll be much more likely to want him in return.

8. Turn chores into foreplay.

Even in this enlightened age, women still spend about an hour more each day than men on household chores and childcare. No wonder we're not in the mood — we're tired! Research at the University of Washington shows that when men pitch in around the house, their wives are much more likely to be satisfied with the relationship and to want more sex. "All he needs to hear is that helping out is a form of foreplay," says Berman. The next thing you know, he'll be pushing past you to wipe the counter, change the kitty litter, and unload the dishwasher.

9. Leave your house.

You know it's good to escape — from work, the kids, the dust bunnies — and concentrate on each other. If you can't head off for the weekend, go out to dinner instead. But mix it up a little: Pick a place you've never been and order a dish you've never had. Better yet, visit him at work. Seeing him in a place that doesn't have anything to do with you will reveal a different side of him and reconnect you with the person you fell in love with. "You might see or learn something surprising that makes you view him in a sexier way," says Berman.

10. The secret to the best sex ever...

If you need another reason to exercise, consider this: Working out is a great way to boost your sex life. "It stimulates not only the body but the nervous system and the brain," says Davidson. "So you're more physiologically excited and more receptive to sex." Exercise strengthens your cardiovascular system, improves circulation, and gets blood flowing to all the right places. It also gets you in the mood by reducing stress and boosting your self-esteem. Working out gives you a sense of pride and accomplishment, says Berman. "When you do it consistently, it makes you feel good about yourself."

Just as important, exercise helps you tune in to your body — and tune out the world. Weight training and Pilates, which force you to focus on your muscles and your form, are especially good for this. "Your attention is fully on you," says Davidson. "You really feel every move, and that puts you in a more sensual state."

The Vitamins You Need So Your Penis Can Perform

                                  erectile-dysfunction.jpeg
Lacking enough of the sunshine vitamin might snuff out the lights on your bedroom game.  New research from Italy suggests that low levels of vitamin D may increase your risk of erectile dysfunction.

When researchers tested 143 men with varying degrees of erectile dysfunction, they found that nearly half of them were coming up deficient in D, and only one in five had optimal levels of the nutrient.

What’s more, men with severe cases of ED had vitamin D levels that were about 24 percent lower than those of men with mild forms of the condition.

Insufficient levels of D may spur the production of free radicals called superoxide ions, according to study author Alessandra Barassi, M.D., and her research team.

These free radicals deplete your nitric oxide, a molecule that helps your blood vessels function properly.

The result: It makes it hard to, well, get hard.

“Nitric oxide causes the blood vessels to relax, which increases the blood flow and causes an erection under normal circumstances,” says Larry Lipshultz, M.D., a Men’s Health urology advisor.  Without the necessary amounts of nitric acid, though, your blood vessels may not relax enough to allow for an erection.

If you suffer from ED, ask your doctor to check your vitamin D levels. For ED patients with low levels, the study recommends taking supplements to get back to the optimal level of 30 ng/mL or above.

As for men with normal erectile functioning, Dr. Barassi says she’s currently studying whether vitamin D supplementation may act as a preventive measure to delay ED.

Sex Wahala: Man injured his penis while trying kinky sex position with partner

Couple-in-bed

A man has heard a loud crack as he broke his penis while trying out an exotic sexual position.

The man, 59, of Ho Chi Minh City, was rushed to hospital after his love-making session with his partner was interrupted by the shocking injury.

His penis was said to have turned bright purple and shocked doctors because it was visibly broken at the point the organ joined the body, the Daily Mail reported.

Men with flagging sex drives can shine in bed - as long as they expose themselves to bright lights

sex
If your sex life is flagging, try some bright lights
Exposure to bright light boosts levels of the male hormone testosterone and increases sexual satisfaction, the research showed.

Bright light may help men with flagging sex drives to shine in bed, a study has found.

Exposure to bright light boosts levels of the male hormone testosterone and increases sexual satisfaction, the research showed.

Low sexual desire affects significant numbers of men after the age of 40.

According to some studies, up to a quarter of men report problems depending on age and other factors.

Because sexual interest varies with the seasons, scientists have suspected that it might be influenced by ambient light levels.
sex
Low sexual desire affects significant numbers of men after the age of 40

To test the theory a team of Italian researchers from the University of Siena recruited 38 men diagnosed with low libidos and treated half of them with daily doses of bright light.

Early each morning for two weeks the men spent half an hour in a room with a light box - a panel designed to emit bright white light.

At the end of the trial tests showed that their testosterone levels had risen significantly. They also reported higher levels of self-rated sexual satisfaction.

Similar effects were not seen in the other group of men whose light box was adapted to emit a low non-therapeutic level of light.

Lead researcher Professor Andrea Fagiolini said: "We found fairly significant differences between those who received the active light treatment, and the controls.

"Before treatment, both groups averaged a sexual satisfaction score of around two out of 10, but after treatment the group exposed to the bright light was scoring sexual satisfaction scores of around 6.3 - a more than three-fold increase on the scale we used. In contrast, the control group only showed an average score of around 2.7 after treatment."

FOR MEN: The Exercise That Could Save Your Sex Life

men's health
You probably think of Kegel exercises as a chick-only thing. She squeezes her pelvic floor muscles to prep her for childbirth or make sex more intense. But it turns out, they're not just for women.

A new review in the journal Urology found that strengthening a man's pelvic floor—the muscles that surround the base of your penis and form a shelf across the bottom of your pelvis—can help diminish erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. How so? When you get hard, your pelvic muscles keep blood in your shaft. This helps to enhance and maintain your rigidity, says urological surgeon Andrew Siegel, M.D., the study's author and creator of pelvic floor exercise DVD Private Gym. And for premature ejaculators, squeezing those muscles can delay your orgasm. The stronger these muscles, the better the effect, Dr. Siegel says.

It might sound too good to be true, but science backs him up. A 2005 study from the United Kingdom found that 75 percent of men improved erectile function after doing Kegels. In another study, Italian researchers found that 61 percent of men were cured of premature ejaculation through rehabilitation of the pelvic floor muscles.

However, there are many different causes of erectile and ejaculatory problems, so Kegels may not solve all your sexual woes, says Christopher Kelly, MD, assistant professor of urology at NYU Langone Medical Center. But they're free, easy to do, and worth giving a shot before you turn to medication.

Ready to try it for yourself? Here's how to do it: Squeeze the muscles that you would use to stop the stream of urine and hold the contraction for 1 to 2 seconds (concentrate on only using your pelvic muscles, and not your glutes, thigh, or hip muscles). Release. Repeat 30 times, resting one minute when you're finished. Perform 3 sets, 3 to 4 times a week.

MATURED MEN: Ways to Make Your Orgasm Even BETTER

Men's Health

8 Tricks to Make Your Orgasm Even BETTER

Touch your taint.

If you haven’t already been introduced, meet your taint—or your perineum, if we’re getting technical. It’s the stretch of skin between your balls and your butt, and it’s a one-way ticket to Pleasuretown.

“This area is packed with nerve-endings, so it feels really sensitive,” says Arlene Goldman, Ph.D., coauthor of Secrets of Sexual Ecstasy.

Some guys say that by applying pressure to this area, they’re able to have multiple orgasms—which is probably because you can stimulate your prostate gland externally via your perineum. During intercourse or oral sex, ask your partner to place a finger here and press onto it until the pressure feels just right.

Do kegels.

Take a tip out of her sex playbook.

“You know how women do kegel exercises and say it strengthens their vaginal orgasm? Men can do the same,” says Alex Robboy, CAS, MSW, a sex therapist in Philadelphia.

Essentially, kegel exercises are a way of contracting the muscles of the pelvic floor, which give you greater control and intensity during sex. Try lifting your penis up and down with your muscles, or even try to “write the alphabet with the tip of your penis,” suggests Robboy.

Hold back.

Delayed gratification can be hard to master, but when it comes to your orgasm, it’s well worth it.

A recent study in the Journal of Sex Research advocated “edging,” or the practice of purposefully delaying orgasm for a more intense climax. The study showed that if people paused when they were about 90 percent of the way to climax, and then resumed after slowing down a bit, their eventual orgasm was way more powerful.

It’s an easy way to amp up your game: Bring yourself to the “edge” of your orgasm, slow down, pause, and then start back up again. Try to do this two or three times before letting yourself go.

Find your G-spot.

It turns out that men have an equivalent to the G-spot: the prostate. You can stimulate it externally by applying pressure to your perineum, but if you’re interested in maximizing pleasure—and you're feeling a little adventurous—you’ll have to do a little anal probing.

Have your partner lube up the soft pad of a finger and stick it about 2 inches inside your butt. You’ll know the spot when you feel it: it’s a small, chestnut-sized lump that feels super sensitive. Once you get there, apply some pressure and light thrusting.

Boost your testosterone.

The manly hormone that helps you orgasm is the same one that your body produces when you root for your favorite sports team, lift weights at the gym, or watch Game of Thrones. Research from Athens’ Military Hospital in Greece found that when you have more T in your bloodstream, you’re more likely to orgasm—and do it big. Before your next romp, try some testosterone-boosting activities like going for a run.

Stroke your sack.

Just before you ejaculate, your testicles rise up near your body to give more power to your ejaculation.

“If you press gently upward on the testicles just before ejaculation, it’s likely to be very arousing,” says Goldman.

Ask your partner to place the palm of her hand upward on your balls, moving them a little closer to your body. It’ll heighten your arousal and increase the intensity of your orgasm.

Focus on the physical.

Sometimes during sex, you’ll get lost in your head—thinking about how hot your partner is, pondering the best porn you’ve ever watched, or even thinking about what’s for dinner. For a better orgasm, return to your body.

Think about it like this: If you’re running, you’ll get a completely different workout if you’re letting your mind wander than if you’re completely concentrating on your form.

“Focus on the physical sensation,” recommends Robboy, and you’ll feel your body responding differently.

Just breathe.

“This comes from tantric sex, where you’re supposed to move the stroke with your breath,” says Goldman.

Zero in on your breath, and try to slow it down until it’s in tune with your thrusts. When you’re just about to come, you’ll notice your breathing naturally start to speed up—but keeping it slower will improve the amount of oxygen and blood flow that reaches your genitals, making your climax even stronger.

MEN ONLY: The Vitamin You Need So Your Pen*s Can Perform Actively on Bedroom Game
