A man has heard a loud crack as he broke his penis while trying out an exotic sexual position.
The man, 59, of Ho Chi Minh City, was rushed to hospital after his love-making session with his partner was interrupted by the shocking injury.
His penis was said to have turned bright purple and shocked doctors because it was visibly broken at the point the organ joined the body, the Daily Mail reported.
Dr Mai Ba Tien Dung reportedly told a local newspaper the case was very rare but occurred at full erection during the sex session. More photo below
