This is to notify the general public especially social media practitioners that Mr Richard Franklin, who was arrested by the Nigeria Police force for allegedly raping a 16 years old girl is not a staff or a member of Toplinks Production Int’l LTD, the organizers of Miss Bayelsa beauty pageant.
The said Mr Richard Franklin is not in any way connected to the Miss Bayelsa Beauty Pageant .Therefore, social media practitioners and all other media houses should stop associating Mr Richard Franklin With the Miss Bayelsa beauty Pageant .Failure to heed this call shall lead to legal actions against anyone or group found publishing malicious stories in respect of the said incident.
The Miss Bayelsa Beauty Pageant is a reputable platform created since 2001 and has never been involved in any scandal because it is driven by passionate, credible and seasoned men of integrity.

We are calling on Notabella blog,Skybase news and Instablog 9ja to immediately remove their false publications and tender apologies to Toplinks Production Int’l LTD via same media they used to publish the stories or face legal actions from Toplinks Production Int’l LTD (organizers of Miss Bayelsa Beauty Pageant).
We implore media houses to confirm their stories before going to the press . This is to avoid misinforming the public and tarnishing the names of reputable organizations as instablog 9ja, Skybase news and notabella blog have just done.
All media houses are therefore put on notice that any publication associating Miss Bayelsa beauty pageant with Richard Franklin shall be addressed with necessary legal actions.
