After the reality star was pictured with a fuller figure while on a romantic trip with her husband this week, fans speculated that the star could be expecting.
The rumours were fuelled when a source told New! magazine that Katie and Kieran might be trying for another baby in a bid to put their relationship back on track.
"They just looked like a really settled, happily married couple. Sure, they're not all over each other any more, but they were holding hands on the beach and looking chilled.
