The former Celebrity Big Brother star has thrown himself into a strict exercise regime in a bid to battle the bulge just weeks after getting engaged.

Wearing nothing but a pair of shorts, the loudmouthed TV star struggled through the tough workout.

Pulling a series of intense facial expressions, at one point Heavy strapped on boxing gloves and threw punches into the air. More photos below
